How do I troubleshoot a specific device on MyOutdoorTV®?

  • First Steps: Always ensure your device and theMyOutdoorTV® app are updated to the latest version. Restart your device after updating.

  • Web Browsers: Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.

  • Fire TV: Go to Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications > MyOutdoorTV® appForce Stop and Clear Cache.

  • Apple TV: Double-press the TV/Home button to force quit the app, then go to Settings > System > Restart.

  • Roku: Power-cycle the channel. Highlight the channel, press the Star (*) button, select Remove channel, restart your Roku, then re-add the app.

  • iOS/Android: Check for updates in the app store, force-quit the app, restart your device, and reinstall the app if needed.
