How do I report a technical problem to MyOutdoorTV®?

To report a technical problem, please contact our customer support team at support@myoutdoortv.com or through the "Help" section in the app. To help our technical team resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include the following information when you contact support:

  • The make and model of your device (e.g., iPhone 15, Roku Ultra, Samsung Smart TV).

  • The Operating System (OS) version of your device (e.g., iOS 17.5, Roku OS 12).

  • detailed description of the problem you are experiencing.

  • screenshot or short video of any error message is extremely helpful.

Here’s how to find your device information:

  • iOS (iPhone/iPad): Go to Settings > General > About.

  • Android: In Settings, go to About phone or About device.

  • Roku: Go to Settings > System > About.

  • Amazon Fire TV: Go to Settings > My Fire TV > About.

  • Apple TV: Go to Settings > General > About.
