Why can't I connect to MyOutdoorTV®?

If you encounter an error stating MyOutdoorTV® is not available or a connection is not found, you may be experiencing an internet connectivity problem that is keeping you from streaming. These error messages are sometimes accompanied by an error code beginning with UI, AIP, or NW. If you are using a public cellular or satellite internet connection, make sure you are connected to the internet. More than likely, a reboot will fix the problem. Even if your account is inactive or payment has expired, you should still be able to log in to MyOutdoorTV®, but you will notice a visual display notifying you what the issue with your account.
