The iPad or iPhone app is giving me trouble with the MyOutdoorTV® app. How do I fix it?

It sounds like the app needs to be reinstalled and the app cache cleared. Let's delete the app and clear the app data, so it's as if you're installing the MyOutdoorTV® app for the first time. Follow these steps to clean out unwanted data from iOS:

  1. Tap "Settings" > "General" > "Storage & iCloud Usage".
  2. Tap "Manage Storage".
  3. Tap the "MyOutdoorTV" app.
  4. Tap "Delete App".
  5. You'll be prompted to confirm that you want to delete all of the app's documents and data. Tap "Delete App" to remove the app and all its data.
  6. Download MyOutdoorTV® from the iTunes App Store again and install it.
