Can’t find my MyOutdoorTV® subscription?

If you are unable to locate or access your subscription, make sure you are using the correct login credentials. If you may have used a different email or signed up using a phone number, please try those details. If you still have issues, contact us so we can verify your subscription. If you use an iOS Device or credentials, try to restore your subscription. 

To help us locate your purchase, please provide the following:

  • Web: The last 4 digits of the card used.

  • Google Play: The GPA transaction number (e.g., GPA.1234-5678-9012-34567).

  • Apple: If you use "Sign in with Apple” or have an iOS device, share the full email displayed in your account (often ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com). You can also follow this link to manage your email directly from Apple.

  • Amazon or Roku: Verify if the email on your Amazon or Roku account is different from the one you provided. If so, share the correct email or a screenshot of your active subscription.

Additionally, if possible, please attach a receipt or confirmation email from your bank, including any transaction or reference numbers.
