I can't sign in to MyOutdoorTV®. It keeps telling me that it doesn't recognize my email address.

You must have an account on MyOutdoorTV® in order to sign in. To sign up, please go to the SIGN UP/SUBSCRIBE NOW page. Make sure to read and understand the "Terms of Service" before signing up, so that you understand how your credit card will be charged.

If the app does not recognize your email address, please check the following:

  1. Social Logins: If you signed up using the Apple button, you must click that specific button to log in. Typing your email address manually in the text field will not work.

  2. Sign in with Apple: If you used this feature, your account is likely linked to an anonymous "Private Relay" ID (ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com) rather than your personal email. You must continue using the "Apple" button to access the account.

  3. Typos: Ensure there are no accidental spaces before or after your email address.
